Expansion Strategy
We analyze the addressable market by combing through various data segments, using a discerning brand lens to draw strategic through-lines, identify opportunities and determine market position. Our strategy work extends across a strata of research components, including brand insights and target customer demographics, competition and e-commerce (when applicable), among others.
Site Selection
Our site selection process is two-fold, designed to identify locations that meet immediate operational needs and offer sustainable growth. Pairing defined brand KPIs with a market mindset informed by 15 years of retail-focused real estate experience, we take to the streets to unlock locations that embody brand, meet and engage target demographics and maximize long-term profitability.
Once a site is selected, we negotiate LOIs, construction work letters and lease agreements, while conducting thorough economic and risk assessments to ensure optimal terms and strategic success for each location.
Design & Build
We approach the design & build phase with a mind that is equal parts form & function. After conducting a thorough analysis and identifying opportunities that enhance customer journey and transform brand vision into atmosphere, we go to our network of talented industry partners to bring in the designers, architects, contractors, specialty vendors (you name it) best suited to transform your store concept into a compelling, transactional environment.

The total tech hookup, including network, phone, security systems, end-user devices and POS, meticulously designed and deployed to ensure seamless integration across all operational touchpoints.
